My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can lean into self-discovery and growth. The human experience is a complicated one, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, stressed, having relationship struggles, or are simply in a new phase of life I can help you navigate these obstacles. I believe using a holistic approach is pivotal to the therapeutic process. Past experiences may be at the root of current behaviors and patterns.   • 2 Hour Intensive Therapy: $300 - $400
